What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an Associate Financial Analyst to join a Program Finance team supporting strategic and space launch programs. This is an entry-level role focused on earned value management, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Actively participate in Earned Value Management activities and prepare EVMS deliverables in compliance with IPMR/IPMDAR reporting requirements.
• Support baseline development and Initial Baseline Reviews (IBRs) with customers.
• Prepare and update Estimates at Completion (EACs), perform earned value analysis, and maintain hands-on EAC revisions.
• Produce financial data, variance analysis and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support internal and external compliance audits and related documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Operations, Engineering and Program Management.
• Maintain strong adherence to quality, compliance, and internal control standards.
• Perform other finance and program-support duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring (Basic Qualifications)

A candidate must meet ALL of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar).
• 0–2 years of related experience (entry-level).
• Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

• Cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Prior experience or interest in the aerospace & defense or space industry.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $54,400 — $81,600 per year (provided by the source).
• Depending on role, candidates may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and long-term incentives for certain senior roles.
• Typical benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, retirement/savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
• Travel: up to ~10% (per source).

• Location: Chandler, AZ (on-site / local to Chandler program sites).
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain the required government security clearance for the role.
