Position Overview

Confidential Client is seeking entry-level Associate Electrical Engineers to join a Pathways rotational program within a mission-focused Engineering organization in Baltimore, MD. This role is ideal for recent or soon-to-be graduates who want hands-on experience across engineering teams supporting secure, integrated mission systems.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in a structured rotational program (Pathways) to gain exposure across electrical engineering teams and mission-system projects.
• Support design, integration, and test activities under senior engineering guidance.
• Assist with documentation, technical reviews, and compliance activities required for secure systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (systems, software, test, manufacturing) to deliver engineering tasks.
• Learn and apply engineering best practices while completing program milestones and training.

Minimum Qualifications

A candidate must meet ALL of the following:

• Be completing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Major in Electrical Engineering or a closely related STEM field.
• Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is required).
• A Final DoD Secret Clearance is required to start.

Preferred Qualifications

• Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
• A current/active DoD Secret clearance.
• Demonstrated teamwork and strong communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn in a rotational/early-career development environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range (Bachelor’s): $72,700 - $109,100 per year.
• Relocation assistance may be available.
• Potential eligibility for overtime, shift differential, discretionary/annual bonuses, and long-term incentives for select roles.
• Benefits typically include medical, life and disability insurance, retirement/savings plans, paid holidays, and paid time off.
• Final compensation offered will consider experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
