Role Overview

Confidential Client is seeking entry-level Associate Electrical Engineers to join a Pathways rotational program in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time, early-career opportunity designed for recent or soon-to-be graduates who want hands-on experience across electrical engineering functions while supporting mission-critical systems.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in a structured rotational Pathways program to gain exposure to systems design, integration, test, and sustainment.
• Support electrical design and analysis tasks under senior engineering guidance.
• Assist with requirements traceability, test planning, and verification activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support secure, mission-critical engineering projects.
• Document technical work, produce reports, and present findings to engineering leads.

Who We’re Looking For

Candidates should be motivated, curious, and team-oriented. This role is a strong fit for recent Bachelor’s degree recipients in electrical engineering or closely related STEM fields who are eligible for U.S. government security clearance.

Minimum Qualifications

A candidate must meet ALL of the following:

• Completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Major in Electrical Engineering or a closely related STEM discipline.
• Able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
• Final DoD Secret clearance is required to start.

Preferred Qualifications

• Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
• Current/active DoD Secret clearance (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range (Bachelor’s level): $72,700 – $109,100 per year.
• Depending on role, may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus programs.
• Benefits typically include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, retirement/savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off.
• Exact offer will depend on role scope, candidate experience, education, skills and market conditions.

• Location: Baltimore, MD (onsite/mission-site expectations as required by program).
• U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility.
• Final DoD Secret clearance required at start; candidates should be prepared to complete background checks and related vetting.
