What You’ll Do
The Associate eCommerce Content Specialist will support the eCommerce team by creating and maintaining accurate, engaging product content that helps customers find and buy products online. This is an entry-level, hands-on role where you’ll apply creativity and attention to detail to improve the online shopping experience.
- Assist with creating and publishing clear, SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions
- Coordinate product samples and prepare items for online listing
- Conduct basic research on product features and specifications using provided resources
- Maintain accurate product categories and site navigation data
- Perform routine audits and quality checks for product listings (names, descriptions, photos, pricing, categorization)
- Collaborate with merchandising, customer service, and vendors to resolve content discrepancies
- Review analytics to understand how content changes impact online sales and conversion
- Develop foundational product knowledge of current merchandise assortments
Where You’ll Work & Schedule
This position is based in Fort Mill, SC. It follows a hybrid schedule: in-office at the South Corporate office (1800 Innovation Point, 5th Floor, Fort Mill, SC) Monday–Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
Job type: Full-time. This role is classified as TELECOMMUTE-capable (hybrid).

Starting pay: $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to create/maintain simple Excel spreadsheets
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Strong follow-up and attention to detail
- Good oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Creative writing experience; experience crafting prompts for AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is a plus
- Willingness to learn new technologies, systems, and processes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking aptitude
- A positive attitude and alignment with a fun, customer-focused brand is a plus
- This role requires the ability to accurately discern color, with or without accommodation
