Overview
Confidential Client (via Careertakes) is hiring an entry-level Associate DocuSign CLM Consultant to join a Revenue Management practice focused on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Quote-to-Cash modernization. This is a training-first consulting role that blends business process and technical system work and is designed for early-career candidates who want structured mentorship, hands-on learning, and career growth.
What You’ll Do
- Support DocuSign CLM implementations and related Revenue Management engagements under the guidance of senior consultants and solution architects.
- Contribute to project deliverables across implementation phases, including requirements capture, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Create clear, well-organized documentation: requirements and configuration notes, test cases and results, process flows, and user guides.
- Participate in internal project meetings, client touchpoints, and delivery reviews; communicate professionally and proactively.
- Follow established delivery standards and best practices; ask questions and seek feedback to improve quality.
- Complete structured onboarding, training, and DocuSign CLM certification pathways.
- Shadow senior consultants to build delivery confidence and expand technical / functional knowledge.
Who You Are (Qualifications & Requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field — OR equivalent experience or training.
- Strong interest in consulting, enterprise systems, and Revenue Operations.
- Willingness to learn both business process and technical system concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in team-based, client-facing settings.
- Coachable, curious, and committed to continuous learning.
Nice-to-Have (Preferred Qualifications)
- Exposure to DocuSign, Salesforce, or other enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Internship, coursework, or project experience in CLM, CRM, CPQ, or Quote-to-Cash.
- Experience documenting business processes or workflows.
- Interest in technical configuration, systems thinking, or automation.
Work Location & Schedule
- Primary work location: Chicago, IL office.
- In-office expectation: up to 4 days per week (hybrid flexibility may be available based on project needs).
- On-site collaboration and mentorship are emphasized to accelerate learning and team cohesion.
Compensation & Start Date
- Annual base salary: $65,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).
- Eligible for the client’s discretionary annual incentive program, subject to plan terms.
- Anticipated start date: August 2026.
