  • Support synthesis, static timing analysis (STA), timing closure, and performance optimization.
  • Debug design issues, analyze root causes, and implement fixes.
  • Document design specs, verification plans, and technical results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure quality and schedule targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in digital design from specification through implementation and validation.
  • Implement RTL, create and run simulations, and iterate on design for performance and correctness.
  • Support synthesis, timing analysis, and debug flows to reach tapeout-ready designs.
  • Work with verification teams to develop and execute testbenches and validation strategies.
  • Provide clear technical documentation and present results to engineering peers.

Must-Have Skills

  • Understanding of digital circuit fundamentals and computer architecture concepts.
  • RTL development experience using Verilog and/or SystemVerilog.
  • Familiarity with digital design flows: simulation, verification, synthesis, and STA.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard digital design tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication in a team setting.

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 0–2 years relevant experience (internship, academic project, or industry) in digital design or verification.
  • Exposure to digital verification methodologies, testbench development, or simulation environments.
  • Familiarity with scripting (Python, Perl, Tcl, Shell) for automation and flow control.
  • Knowledge of digital interfaces/protocols and system integration concepts.

Logistics & Compensation

  • Employment type: Contract and/or Full-time (as appropriate for the hiring needs).
