What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure and applications on Microsoft Azure.
  • Build and maintain automation for deployment, configuration, and monitoring using PowerShell, Bash, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Develop and support CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous integration and deployment.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and optimize system resources for scalability and reliability.
  • Participate in resolving infrastructure and application issues to ensure maximum uptime.
  • Join an on-call rotation to support production systems and respond to incidents.
  • Stay current on DevOps and cloud-computing best practices and emerging technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR equivalent work experience.
  • 0–2 years of related work experience.
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Azure, PowerShell or Bash, and CI/CD concepts.
  • Experience with source control (e.g., Git) and basic scripting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate on a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to software engineering practices with an interest in DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Azure services, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps.
  • Awareness of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
  • Introductory understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, New Relic).
  • Experience with GitHub or other source-control platforms.
  • Certifications like Azure Fundamentals or similar cloud certifications.
  • Exposure to microservices architectures and cloud security best practices.
  • Interest or experience supporting Redis in production.
  • Familiarity with GCP services is a plus.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • Commitment to team rituals (approximately 80% attendance expectation).

  • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
  • Adhere to applicable security policies and procedures to protect company and client information.
  • Ability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation when required.
