What You’ll Do
The Associate Developer will work under close supervision to support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of internal software applications.
- Assist in research and fact-finding to develop, modify, or enhance applications and information systems
- Help prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written
- Design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain programs and components
- Support integration with web services (WCF, ASMX, REST) and relational databases
- Participate in team code reviews and follow version control and CI/CD practices
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project delivery
Required / Preferred Experience
- 0–2 years of relevant software development experience (entry-level candidates encouraged)
- Experience (or coursework/project exposure) with ESRI ArcGIS — ArcGIS 10.x and/or ArcGIS Pro required
- Familiarity with .NET and C# development
- Experience or exposure to Git and Azure DevOps (ADO) for source control and pipelines
- Knowledge of SQL Server and relational database concepts
- Experience or familiarity with desktop UI frameworks (WPF, Windows Forms) and Visual Studio is a plus
