What You’ll Do

The Associate Developer will work under close supervision to support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of internal software applications.

• Assist in research and fact-finding to develop, modify, or enhance applications and information systems
• Help prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written
• Design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain programs and components
• Support integration with web services (WCF, ASMX, REST) and relational databases
• Participate in team code reviews and follow version control and CI/CD practices
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project delivery

Required / Preferred Experience

• 0–2 years of relevant software development experience (entry-level candidates encouraged)
• Experience (or coursework/project exposure) with ESRI ArcGIS — ArcGIS 10.x and/or ArcGIS Pro required
• Familiarity with .NET and C# development
• Experience or exposure to Git and Azure DevOps (ADO) for source control and pipelines
• Knowledge of SQL Server and relational database concepts
• Experience or familiarity with desktop UI frameworks (WPF, Windows Forms) and Visual Studio is a plus
