What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Associate Developer to join an IT team focused on cloud-native, full‑stack product delivery. This role offers hands-on experience on client projects, mentorship, and a path to career growth.
You will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and define technical specifications.
- Produce clear documentation of design decisions and technical specifications.
- Write scalable, reusable code and participate in code review processes to maintain code quality.
- Work across the full stack on cloud-native solutions that prioritize user experience, security, performance, and reliability.
- Gain exposure to databases, operating systems, cloud platforms, and modern UI frameworks through the full product delivery lifecycle.
- Use design thinking and agile practices to contribute to iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
Required technical & professional expertise
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in agile teams.
- Demonstrated initiative and a growth mindset; eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to feedback.
- Leadership potential and clear communication skills, including active listening and owning tasks to completion.
- Ability to work on-site in SoMa, CA and participate in client-facing activity as required.
- Willingness to travel up to 100%.
Preferred technical & professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, MIS, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Basic familiarity with Adobe Cloud products (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Journey Optimizer, CDP, AEM).
- Awareness of Agile/Scrum concepts and experience (academic or project-based) with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday, or Trello.
Compensation & Employment Type
- Estimated base pay: $78,155 per year (estimated).
