Role Overview
Confidential Client (via Careertakes) is seeking an Associate Data Review Scientist to support the Biochemistry team in Lancaster, PA. This entry-level, full-time role blends laboratory data review with quality assurance and regulatory compliance (GMP/GLP). You will evaluate analytical results, assist with internal audit activities, and help ensure scientific deliverables meet regulatory and client expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Review laboratory and analytical data for accuracy, completeness, and GMP/GLP compliance
- Evaluate routine and non-routine datasets across biochemistry analytical areas following SOPs
- Document and escalate discrepancies; communicate findings to laboratory and QA stakeholders
- Support internal audits and regulatory verifications, preparing evidence and responses as needed
- Track, summarize, and report scientific data to help ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
- Use standard laboratory and office software to organize and present data
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a life science (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related)
- Experience in a laboratory or GMP pharmaceutical environment
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Compensation & Location
- Location: Lancaster, PA (on-site)
- Employment type: Full-time
- Estimated salary: $55,001 per year (estimated). Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location. Benefits and final pay are determined by the Confidential Client.
