What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an Associate Data Analyst in Orlando, FL to support data review, project coordination, and controls-related activities. This is an entry-level, full-time role ideal for candidates with strong MS Office skills and an interest in financial services or controls work.

• Work flexibly in a centralized, high-performing team to support internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations using virtual collaboration tools.
• Assist with planning and executing project tasks — coordinate meetings, manage project requests, maintain deliverable schedules, and review outputs for accuracy and formatting.
• Review and validate data across multiple systems to support due diligence, transaction monitoring, fraud investigations, grants management, validations, PMO activities, and controls testing.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable policies and processes to meet KPIs and competency standards; contribute to process improvement efforts including identifying AI use cases to improve quality and productivity.
• Handle multiple projects, prioritize competing tasks, and escalate or resolve issues with support from senior analysts.
• Support development of SOPs, training materials, and team onboarding documentation.
• Act professionally and responsibly to help maintain a respectful and compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Experience preferred in one or more of: financial services, retail banking, controls testing, project management, data validation, or grants management.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to analyze and draft reports from databases and applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to summarize findings and communicate clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a target-driven operations environment.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to support teammates and continuous improvement initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $15.00 — $24.00 per hour.
• Benefits (subject to eligibility): medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, long- and short-term disability, paid holidays, paid time off and parental leave where applicable, and commuter/parking benefits as provided by Confidential Client.

Working Environment

• Full-time, on-site / hybrid expectations determined by Confidential Client (local to Orlando, FL).
• Standard business hours with occasional flexible scheduling to support cross-regional collaboration.
• The role involves collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders, and may require use of virtual communication tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
