Role overview

Confidential Client seeks an Associate Consultant (Campus - 2027) to join its strategy consulting team serving the life sciences and healthcare sectors. In this early-career role you will work on project teams to research, analyze, and develop strategic recommendations for pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare clients. Expect hands-on mentorship, client exposure, and a steep learning curve focused on analytics, commercial strategy, and evidence generation.

What you’ll do

While responsibilities vary by engagement, typical duties include:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify business challenges and strategic opportunities.
• Analyze client, market, and industry data to develop actionable insights.
• Build analytical models and synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Support preparation of client presentations and deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with project team members and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality, data-driven outcomes.
• Own analyses and contribute to strategic conclusions discussed with clients.

Who we’re looking for (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with graduation expected by June 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3 required; 3.5 or higher preferred.
• Demonstrated academic excellence, leadership, and initiative (coursework, internships, extracurriculars, or professional experience).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; able to solve complex problems and think critically.
• Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative consulting environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to present findings clearly.
