Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an Associate Consultant (entry-level) for its Consultant Development Program (CDP) in Madison, WI. This early-career role places you on the Professional Services team to learn and deliver cloud and AI-enabled solutions for life sciences customers. The position is full-time and requires living within reasonable commuting distance of the Madison office.
What You’ll Do
- Work hands-on with cloud platforms and AI-enabled products to implement solutions that solve customers’ business challenges.
- Configure and tailor software to map workflows, structure data, and align system capabilities to customer requirements.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to capture requirements, map processes, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Manage core implementation deliverables: scope, timeline estimates, and project milestones from kick-off through go-live.
- Act as the customer-facing expert, advising on best practices that maximize long-term value from the platform.
Program & Career Path
- Ramp up quickly via an intensive, team-based onboarding program with hands-on learning and frequent feedback.
- Take real responsibility early — you’ll work with customers within your first three months.
- Receive mentorship from experienced colleagues and progress from Associate to Consultant (often in under two years).

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $80,000 USD (as stated by our client). Perform well and you may receive a raise within a year and become eligible for the bonus program.

- Hybrid: You must live within reasonable commuting distance of the Madison office to support hands-on collaboration and skill development.
- Long-term, the client’s Work Anywhere policy provides flexibility to work from the office or home according to team needs.
