Confidential Client is seeking entry-level, field-based talent to join their clinical team supporting a robotic surgical system. This Associate Clinical Sales Specialist role is based in Buffalo, NY and is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with limited professional experience who want to build a career in medical devices, clinical support, and surgical robotics. The role combines on-site clinical support, training, and commercial responsibilities to grow procedure utilization and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on clinical support for the robotic surgical system across assigned Buffalo, NY-area facilities.
• Support surgeons and OR staff before, during, and after procedures to ensure safe, effective system use.
• Assist with delivery, installation, commissioning, and handover of systems in collaboration with hospital BioMed/engineering teams.
• Train Sterile Processing Departments (SPD) and OR staff on reprocessing and instrument handling.
• Deliver clinical training and onboarding sessions for surgeons, nurses, and OR teams.
• Track procedure activity, maintain accurate records, and support utilization targets.
• Support product demos, customer events, and clinical education activities.
• Represent Confidential Client at industry events and maintain an active field presence as needed.

Who You Are / Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–2 years professional experience; recent college graduates encouraged to apply.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, medical devices, sales, athletics, customer service, or leadership is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interest in healthcare, technology, and medical devices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly learn technical and clinical concepts.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in hospital and operating room environments.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, occasional evenings, and variable hours tied to surgical schedules.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to customer sites.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 per year (range provided by the employer).
• Full-time position.
