What You'll Do
This entry-level Associate Business Technology Analyst role supports product and project teams by translating business needs into technical requirements and helping deliver measurable improvements. Working under mentorship, you will:
- Research, analyze, and evaluate data from multiple sources to recommend program and process improvements.
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize work, refine the backlog, and translate requirements into user stories.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to scope and document system changes.
- Help prepare scope documents, system specifications, acceptance criteria, and design recommendations.
- Participate in functional and regression testing to validate solutions and support production fixes.
- Assist in reengineering processes using technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Capture and document data-tracking requirements to support reporting and business decisions.
- Coordinate issue resolution through direct interaction with clients, developers, and support teams.
- Support agile ceremonies and help maintain team artifacts (backlog, user stories, test cases).
What We're Looking For
We seek candidates who can contribute immediately and grow into broader responsibilities:
- 0–2 years of related work or internship experience; entry-level candidates encouraged.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication; ability to present findings and proposals.
- Facilitation skills for gathering requirements and designing business processes.
- Familiarity with agile principles, product-focused delivery, and backlog management (exposure is a plus).
- Comfort working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Basic project planning skills and ability to support production issue triage and testing.
- Interest in building technical knowledge around application functionality and data flows.
Veterans with relevant service (E3–E5, W1–W2, O1–O3) and equivalent combinations of education and experience are encouraged to apply.

Education
- Degree preferred (Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related). Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Compensation & Benefits
- Expected Hiring Base Salary Range: $58,700 - $76,200 per year (actual offer will depend on experience, skills, and work location).
- Competitive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage; retirement plans with employer contributions; paid time off and holidays; tuition reimbursement; bonus eligibility; and disability coverage.
- Hybrid work schedule: one week in-office, one week teleworking (may vary by team).
Work Environment & Other Details
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Work location: Hybrid in Cayce, SC area.
- Travel: Up to 25% as needed.
- Office work environment, with collaboration across product, engineering, and business teams.
