Position summary

This is an early-career (Pathways rotational) Business Management role supporting a Confidential Client in the IT industry. The program includes three rotations across Business Management functions such as Program Control, Contracts, Pricing, Material Estimating, Financial Planning, Global Trade Compliance, Scheduling, and Global Supply Chain in a Controller support organization. This is a full-time opportunity based in Rolling Meadows, IL.

What You’ll Do

Confidential Client’s Pathways Business Management rotational program gives you structured exposure to multiple business disciplines. In this role you may:

• Support financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Assist in program control reporting and cost performance analysis
• Help prepare pricing inputs and cost estimates for proposals
• Support contract administration and compliance tasks
• Work with supply chain and material estimating teams to understand cost drivers
• Assist scheduling and variance analysis to support program performance
• Prepare presentations and reports for managers and cross-functional stakeholders
• Participate in rotations and complete learning objectives for each assignment

Who We’re Looking For (Basic Qualifications)

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (Associate level role) or Master’s degree (Business Management Analyst level) from an accredited institution
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a business-adjacent field (e.g., Legal Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk Management, Global Supply Chain)
• U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
• Ability to obtain Special Access Program access within a reasonable period, as determined by the Confidential Client

Preferred Qualifications

• Cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher
• Prior internship or work experience in business, finance, contracts, pricing, or supply chain
• Existing active U.S. Government security clearance (preferred but not required)

Compensation & Benefits

• Associate Business Management Analyst: $60,200 to $90,200 per year
• Business Management Analyst: $72,400 to $108,600 per year

The ranges above are guidelines; final pay will reflect role, experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Additional benefits may include medical, life and disability insurance, 401(k) or savings plans, paid holidays, paid time off, and eligibility for discretionary and/or annual bonuses depending on role.
