What You’ll Do

You will join an entry-level audit team working with clients across industries to build technical skills and professional experience. Typical duties include:

• Completing audit testing on financial statement accounts such as cash, accounts payable, and fixed assets
• Reconciling account differences and analyzing client financial data
• Assisting with drafting management letter comments and audit reports
• Participating in client meetings alongside partners and managers
• Applying critical thinking to identify issues and support recommendations
• Managing assigned tasks to meet project deadlines

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must meet these baseline requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (required for Associate-level roles)
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Minimum grade of C or higher in job-relevant coursework and in intermediate accounting
• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam in at least one U.S. state by the role start date
• Solid technical accounting knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Reliable transportation to the assigned office and ability to attend off-site meetings in person
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications

Helpful but not required:

• Prior internships at a public accounting firm performing audit work
• Familiarity with standard audit procedures and working paper documentation
