What You’ll Do
You will join a South Florida audit team and support public accounting engagements across a variety of industries. Typical responsibilities include:
- Completing audit testing on financial statement accounts such as cash, accounts payable, and fixed assets
- Working with client personnel to reconcile account differences and analyze financial data
- Helping to draft management letter comments and portions of the audit report
- Participating in client meetings alongside partners and managers
- Supporting timely completion of audit tasks to meet deadlines and quality standards

Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must meet these baseline requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (required for Associate-level roles)
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Minimum grade of C or higher in job-relevant coursework and in intermediate accounting
- Eligible to sit for the CPA exam in at least one U.S. state by the start date of the role
- Solid technical accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Reliable transportation to the assigned office and availability to attend off-site meetings and client sites in person
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship experience in a public accounting firm performing audit work
- Exposure to financial statement preparation or auditing software is a plus

- Location: Boca Raton, FL with assignments across South Florida (may include Fort Lauderdale area client work)
- Work type: Full-time, entry-level (Associate)
- Compensation: Estimated at $60,294 per year (estimate shown on source posting). Exact pay and benefits will be provided by the confidential client during the hiring process.
