What You’ll Do

• Complete audit testing on financial statement accounts (cash, accounts payable, fixed assets, etc.)
• Reconcile account differences and analyze financial data with client personnel
• Help draft management letter comments and the audit report
• Participate in client meetings alongside partners and managers from the confidential client
• Apply critical thinking to identify issues and contribute to practical solutions
• Learn and grow technical skills through coached, hands-on audit engagements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (required for associate positions)
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Minimum grade of C or higher in job-relevant coursework and in intermediate accounting
• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam in at least one U.S. state by the start date of the role
• Solid technical accounting knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
• Reliable transportation to the assigned office and ability to attend off-site meetings in person
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internships in a public accounting firm performing audit work
• Coursework or practical experience in audit procedures and financial reporting

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated annual compensation: $42,532 per year (estimated)
