Confidential Client (Insurance subsidiary) is hiring an Associate Account Executive — Commercial Lines. This is an entry-level commercial-insurance account service role that supports Account Managers and helps build foundational Property & Casualty knowledge, client-service skills, and carrier/underwriter relationships. This position is suitable for candidates with insurance experience who want a clear path to licensing and growth in commercial lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for Commercial Lines accounts across multiple offices, including maintaining client files and responding to client correspondence
• Assist with audits, cancellations, billing inquiries, renewal submissions, and distribution of client portal invitations
• Retrieve, manage, and organize policy documentation from carrier portals for Account Managers
• Prepare internal and client presentation materials as requested
• Support account team workflows and perform other related duties as assigned

Skills & Training Required

• Customer-service experience with strong client communication skills
• Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Organized, collaborative, and team-oriented approach
• Comfortable using Windows-based office software and standard business systems
• Ability to build rapport with clients and insurance underwriters

Experience & Education

• Minimum of 2 years of insurance-industry experience
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Degree in Risk Management or related field is a plus

Licenses & Certification

• If not currently licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C), the individual must obtain a P&C license within six (6) months of hire

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $25.00 – $30.77 per hour (hourly; pay offered will depend on experience, location, and qualifications)
• Incentive-eligible based on company and individual performance
