What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an Early-Career Associate Product Manager to join a product team focused on design platforms, AI-driven workflows, and design-to-code experiences. In this role you will:

  • Drive tightly scoped, advanced features across product surfaces
  • Collaborate with other PMs to shape multi-year vision and cross-product streams
  • Work directly with customers — from large enterprise accounts to solo designers — to validate solutions
  • Partner with engineering to ensure scalable, performant systems and sound architecture
  • Partner with designers to surface complex flows in simple, usable experiences
  • Participate in planning, prioritization, metrics tracking, and go-to-market activities

Projects You May Work On

  • Design system features to increase adoption and consistency at scale
  • AI-powered workflows that accelerate creative work and streamline handoffs
  • Design-to-code features and tooling for designers and developers
  • New collaboration features that help teams define, design, and build together

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking early-career candidates who are user-focused, technically curious, and passionate about design workflows:

  • Comfortable solving deep, technically complex problems and shipping user-facing product launches
  • Strong interest or experience in visual design, design systems, or design-to-code tooling
  • Excited about how AI can reshape design workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to build relationships with designers and high-profile customers
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (early-career/rotation program candidates encouraged to apply)

Location & Work Model

This is a full-time role based in the San Francisco, CA hub with hybrid flexibility. Candidates should be able to attend in-person onboarding and work on-site as required by the client.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual base salary: $140,000 USD
  • Competitive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement contributions, parental leave, paid time off, and additional wellness and lifestyle benefits
  • Equity and other long-term incentives may be available; total compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and location
