Role Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Assoc Analyst, Data Analytics to support sales analytics, data hygiene, and AI-enabled territory and prospect scoring. This hybrid position (Highland Beach, FL) works with Salesforce, Oracle, Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo and analytics tools to clean data, run reports, apply ML-based scoring, and produce actionable summaries for sales leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Perform routine and ad-hoc data analysis to support client requests and business needs.
- Extract, clean, transform and update records from Oracle, Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo, Salesforce.com and web analytics.
- Use machine learning/AI tools to detect and resolve duplicate or corrupted records across systems.
- Validate and analyze new prospect records entered by sales into Salesforce.
- Implement automated scoring/ranking of prospect data to prioritize conversion potential.
- Create and run reports, perform data extracts, and deliver results in a timely manner.
- Maintain data integrations between Salesforce and Oracle and evaluate integrations with emerging AI data platforms.
- Leverage AI forecasting and predictive analytics to support territory planning, quota development, and prospect viability scoring.
- Translate complex data extracts into plain-language summaries for management using generative AI tools.
- Serve as a liaison with third-party data vendors (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet) to maintain data quality and worthiness.
- Maintain sales territories, hierarchies and related resources to support market leaders and branch administration.
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal stakeholders; escalate issues as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; 0–2 years of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office — especially Excel — plus Access and Power BI.
- Experience with data cleansing, ETL-style work, and basic statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Oracle (preferred).
- Good communication, troubleshooting and follow-up skills.
- Detail oriented, organized, able to meet strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting statements and concepts.
- Business acumen to work with technical and non-technical colleagues, sales personnel and management.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; Confidential Client will not sponsor visas. All applicants must reside in the U.S. at time of hire.
Preferred Skills
- Experience or coursework in data science, analytics, or related technology fields.
- Familiarity with machine learning models, predictive analytics and AI-based scoring.
- Power BI dashboarding and data visualization skills.
- SQL or basic scripting for data extracts (helpful).
- Experience integrating or maintaining systems between Salesforce and Oracle.
Compensation & Benefits
- Anticipated base salary range: $54,460–$81,550 annually.
