What We’re Looking For

We seek a motivated, hands-on emerging field leader who:

• Is comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure, outdoor environments (post-storm and emergency settings).
• Has strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Wants hands-on Superintendent-level experience in disaster recovery or construction operations.
• Is safety-focused, adaptable, and willing to travel with variable/extended hours when needed.

What You Will Do

• Assist the Project Superintendent with daily field coordination of crews, subcontractors, equipment, staging areas, disposal sites, and work zones.
• Maintain schedules and site mapping per Superintendent direction.
• Facilitate procurement and delivery timing for tools and materials to meet work schedules.
• Direct personnel and subcontractors in planning and executing on-site work phases to prevent delays.
• Confer with supervisors, labor representatives, project management, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve issues and improve methods.
• Inspect work for adherence to contract terms and schedules.
• Prepare or review daily progress reports (materials/labor, debris hauled, costs) and adjust schedules as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) OR equivalent relevant field experience.
• 2+ years of relevant field, project, or operational experience (including internships, co‑ops, or entry-level roles supporting construction, emergency response, or large-scale operations).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Travel flexibility and willingness to work extended hours when required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (including Excel).

• First Aid / CPR certification.
