Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an Assessment Coordinator to support a GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC) program. This entry-level, full-time role in Springfield, VA requires an active TS/SCI clearance (with ability to obtain a CI Poly) and focuses on coordinating secure, accurate, and compliant delivery of professional certification assessments. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, proficient with Excel, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and established procedures.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate the full assessment lifecycle: schedule exams, prepare and track testing materials, and manage logistics with testing sites and exam administrators.
- Ensure assessments follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs), accreditation standards, and security requirements.
- Maintain certification and accreditation records; manage and safeguard exam data and materials.
- Respond professionally to candidate and external testing-site administrator questions.
- Support audits and help train proctors and other assessment personnel as needed.
- Deliver short proctoring briefings (10–15 minutes) and respond to participant questions.
- Identify process improvements and provide actionable recommendations to increase workflow accuracy and efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Less than 3 years of relevant experience (entry-level).
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel to retrieve, organize, and manage data.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to reliably follow SOPs.
- Experience analyzing processes and recommending workflow improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer-service orientation.
- Comfortable presenting in public and clearly conveying instructions to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Access to organize, manage, and track records or databases.
- Knowledge of records management policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Familiarity with Reasonable Accommodations processes to support test-takers with diverse needs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
