Confidential Client is seeking a Bilingual Asian Marketing Representative (Chinese) to support special events and promotions on a part-time basis. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and communication skills who enjoys event-based marketing and guest-facing work.
- Compensation: $17.50/hr
- Employment type: Part-time
- Location: Harmans, MD (on-site / events across the region)
- Schedule expectations: Priority staffing — ability to work at least three shifts per week (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday plus one weekday shift Monday–Thursday)
What You’ll Do
- Complete training on promotional systems and procedures as directed by your supervisor
- Oversee setup and breakdown for events and promotions
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner and answer customer inquiries
- Manage promotional inventory and ensure items are properly redeemed and recorded
- Record customer information into program databases accurately
- Ensure items given to guests are accounted for in players’ accounts using the gaming system
- Assist guests and troubleshoot issues at promotional kiosks during events
- Produce detailed reports to supervisors on event strengths and improvement opportunities
- Support marketing programs from planning through execution to ensure success
- Provide customer-focused solutions aligned with company policies

Minimum Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- High school diploma or five years equivalent professional experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Entertainment-related field preferred
- Upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Must be bilingual in Chinese (read, speak, and interact comfortably with Chinese-speaking guests)
- Ability to work at least three shifts per week (priority staffing requirement)
Physical Requirements
- Lifting, pushing, and carrying up to 20 lbs
- Infrequent bending and kneeling
- Frequent walking, standing, and sitting during events
- Climbing steps as required
- Occasional travel to event locations
