Role overview

This entry-level Area Manager role is part of a 2026 leadership program for recent and upcoming graduates. As an Area Manager you will lead and develop a frontline operations team inside a fast-paced warehouse/fulfillment environment. You will focus on people leadership, safety, quality, attendance, and meeting operational targets while learning through a structured training program.


What you’ll do

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of ~50–100 hourly associates to meet safety, quality and productivity goals
  • Motivate and mentor associates; provide day‑to‑day feedback and performance coaching
  • Operate autonomously and make decisions on the production floor
  • Manage shift activities that can include night, weekend and holiday schedules
  • Oversee inbound/outbound processes including truck deliveries, package handling and pallet jack use
  • Step in to perform hands-on tasks when required (lifting up to 49 lbs, pushing/pulling, climbing stairs)
  • Follow and enforce safety procedures and maintain a high-quality work environment

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed between May 2024 and August 2026 (all degree requirements must be satisfied before your first day)
  • Degree fields typically include Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work physically active shifts (standing/walking up to 12 hours)
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts and a typical fixed 4-day on / 3-day off schedule at many sites

Compensation & benefits

  • Base salary range (Hebron, KY): $65,200 – $75,000 USD annually
  • Total compensation may include sign-on payments and other equity or incentive components depending on the employer’s package
  • Typical benefits: medical, dental, vision, retirement/401(k) matching, paid time off, parental leave, employee assistance programs and other financial/health benefits (actual offerings determined by the hiring organization)
  • Relocation assistance may be offered at the time of offer for eligible candidates

  • Location: Hebron, KY (on‑site warehouse/operations facility)
  • This is not a remote or corporate office role — work occurs on the operations floor
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future
