What You’ll Do

MUST HAVE COMPLETED A SUMMER 2026 CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT INTERNSHIP TO BE ELIGIBLE. IMMIGRATION SPONSORSHIP IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS ROLE.

You will lead day-to-day floor operations in a high-volume fulfillment environment for a Confidential Client in the Manufacturing industry. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on productivity, safety, quality, and people development.

  • Communicate clearly with associates, peers and site leadership — verbally and in writing.
  • Implement area business plans by setting goals, creating schedules, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to meet production, quality and safety targets.
  • Monitor and manage productivity using daily/weekly reports and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained, follow procedures, and understand expectations.
  • Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns by analyzing issues, consulting stakeholders, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Coach, develop and evaluate associates and frontline leaders; participate in hiring, promotions and performance management.
  • Drive continuous improvement by adopting new tools, technologies and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.

  • Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field AND 1 year supervisory experience, OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field, OR
  • 1 year Confidential Client Logistics Management experience, OR
  • 2 years Confidential Client Logistics experience, OR
  • 2 years supervisory experience.
  • Must complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

Outlined below are optional, preferred qualifications.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Prior experience supervising associates in a fulfillment or warehouse environment.
  • Familiarity with logistics or warehouse management systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.

Primary work location: 2500 E Belt Line Rd, Lancaster, TX 75146-3603, United States.
