What You’ll Do

This role is an entry-level, full-time operations leadership position within a logistics and warehouse environment. As an Area Manager you will lead, coach, and develop front-line hourly teams to meet safety, quality, and performance goals while supporting day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support, mentor and motivate 50–100 hourly team members
  • Lead shift operations, communicate expectations, and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure safety, quality, attendance, and performance targets are met
  • Oversee inbound/outbound activities including truck deliveries and package sorting
  • Operate and/or step in to use pallet jacks and PIT equipment where applicable
  • Work independently and make decisions in an autonomous, fast-paced environment
  • Regularly stand and walk during shifts up to 12 hours; work varied shift patterns including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed between May 2024 and August 2026 (all degree requirements must be met before your first day)
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels and physical activity

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • This position is based at operations facilities (fulfillment centers, sort centers, delivery stations, or similar)
  • Frequent lifting up to 49 pounds; regular pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching
  • Climbing/descending stairs where applicable
  • May require operating PIT equipment and standing/walking during long shifts

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base pay range: $63,600 — $82,700 per year (varies by geographic market and other factors)
  • Additional total compensation may include equity, sign-on payments, or other payments depending on role and location
  • Medical, financial, and other benefits available (details provided by the client)
