What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Architectural Designer to support project teams on building design and documentation. You will contribute to schematic design, produce construction and coordination drawings, assist with Revit/AutoCAD model development, and support project deliverables under senior staff supervision. Strong communication and an eagerness to learn are essential.
- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, details, and presentation materials
- Support Revit and/or AutoCAD drafting and modeling tasks
- Coordinate with internal team members and consultants to maintain project schedules
- Help develop construction documents and as-built records
- Review design drawings for accuracy and compliance with project standards
- Participate in team reviews and client meetings as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years architecture experience, architectural college technical coursework, or a combination of both
- Motivated self-starter with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Team-player mentality and willingness to take direction and feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field from an accredited college or university
- ~1 year applicable work experience in an architectural office or design firm
- Demonstrated skill with Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Design portfolio demonstrating academic or professional work (preferred — see note below)
Compensation
- Estimated pay: $72,594 per year (estimated)
