This is an entry to mid-entry level role ideal for electrical engineers or related majors who enjoy troubleshooting, customer interaction, and building product expertise.

What You’ll Do

  • Become a product expert on core test & measurement products through hands-on training, experimentation, and troubleshooting.
  • Deliver virtual pre-sales demonstrations and provide post-sales technical support (case management and online chat) to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with application-specific guidance and troubleshooting to optimize product use and ownership experience.
  • Provide field support for events, trade shows, customer training and application‑intensive onsite visits (travel typically requires 1–4 overnight stays).
  • Work with product managers and senior engineers to create application-focused marketing content (white papers, application notes, demo guides, videos) and demo hardware setups.
  • Support internal teams (order entry, production control, calibration) with technical inquiries related to parts compatibility, options, and special orders.
  • Take on special projects and cross-functional tasks that broaden your skills and prepare you for expanded roles within the business unit.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, sales reps, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, virtual meetings and in-person interactions.

Location & Schedule

  • Based in Newnan, GA — onsite expected 3 days per week (WFO 3-days/week).
  • Travel: occasional overnight travel for customer visits, trade shows, or training (roughly 1–4 nights as required).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent four-year engineering degree.
  • 1–2 years’ experience preferred in test & measurement or a closely related industry; entry-level candidates with relevant internships or hands-on experience will be considered.
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; ability to present confidently and professionally to customers.
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and a service-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable learning technical products quickly and translating technical details into clear guidance for customers.
  • Programming experience for T&M applications is a plus (but not required).

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience with power analyzers, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, or data-acquisition systems.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales demos and post-sales case management.
  • Familiarity with industry applications relevant to energy, AI, industrial cybersecurity, biotechnology or automation.

  • Career growth in a global technology organization with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Opportunities to create technical content, run demos, and contribute to product strategy.
  • A diverse, respectful culture that values collaboration, integrity, and continuous learning.
