Key Responsibilities (During Training & Internship)

• Attend and actively participate in weekday classroom sessions and workshops
• Complete assigned technical projects and hands-on labs
• Participate in mock interviews and professional development sessions
• Perform assigned tasks and deliverables during the internship phase with host employers
• Follow Confidential Client and host-company policies while onsite or remote

• High school diploma or GED (no Bachelor’s degree required)
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to commit Monday–Friday for the duration of the program and internship
• Highly motivated to learn both technical and professional skills

Details & Compensation

• Location: Tampa Palms, FL
• Employment type: Full-time during internship; program may be structured under CONTRACTOR or FULL_TIME status depending on placement
• Educational stipend during internship: $525 per week
• Estimated annual starting salary for employed graduates (reported average): ~$49,471 per year
• Program length: Up to one year (training phase followed by internship placement)
