This role designs and supports business and clinical processes, develops complex data queries for research and reporting, conducts data audits, and provides training on specialized software, serving as a subject matter expert to enhance healthcare data utilization.

What You’ll Do
You will manage clinical and program data for Radiation Oncology applications and support data-driven improvements across clinical workflows and programs.
- Lead data collection and validation from multiple applications and sources (site-level and cross-program).
- Design, develop and execute SQL-based data queries for research, publications, grants and operational reporting.
- Serve as site administrator for participant databases and ETO/case-management systems.
- Produce monthly audits, statistical participant reports and utilization metrics; identify trends and present findings.
- Configure databases, manage user roles, optimize user workflows and train staff on ETO and related applications.
- Support process and quality improvement initiatives; act as a subject matter expert for assigned systems.
- Build and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc reports using SAP BusinessObjects / Web Intelligence and PowerPoint deliverables.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience as a Data Analyst or similar, including:
- 5 years — database design & management, SQL Server, and writing complex SQL queries.
- 5 years — data manipulation & analysis (pivot tables).
- 1 year — SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence report writing and ETO/case management admin.
- Experience providing healthcare data for research projects, publication support, grant writing and funding reports.
- Strong attention to data quality, accuracy and compliance with healthcare data policies.
- Excellent communication skills for training clinical staff and presenting analytics to stakeholders.
- Background check and drug test required. Some telecommuting permitted.
Technical Skills & Tools
- SQL Server and complex SQL query development
- MOSAIQ (or similar oncology information systems)
- ETO (Efforts to Outcomes) / case management administration
- SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence
- Excel (advanced — pivot tables), PowerPoint
- Reporting & email tools (e.g., Constant Contact) and general data visualization/reporting best practices
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range (source): $47.73 — $49.47 per hour (equivalent to approximately $99,299 — $102,914 per year), plus benefits.
