Application Administrator 1
The Application Administrator 1 supports and configures SAAS and custom .NET applications within a healthcare IT environment. Key Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot issues in internally developed .NET applications (diagnose bugs, review logs, escalate complex issues to senior developers).
- Support user access reviews, assist with security audits, and provide basic compliance/reporting support.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements for enhancements and fixes.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system updates, patches, and new feature rollouts.
- Assist with Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors) and .NET-based data integrations between Workday and other systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent practical experience — internships and co-ops count.
- 0–2 years of experience in application administration, IT support, or software development.
- Foundational knowledge of .NET development (C#, ASP.NET) from coursework, internships, or projects.
- Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL for querying and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tickets/tasks and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
- Direct experience with Workday (report writing, EIB/integration support) preferred; Workday Pro certification a plus.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services and API integrations.
- Experience with version control (Git) and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar) preferred.
Nice-to-Have / Preferred
- Coupa expense platform administration experience.
- Azure Data Factory and web application management exposure.
- Prior exposure to enterprise SaaS application administration.

- Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt — Hybrid / On-site in Bensalem, PA (Confidential Client’s site).
- Experience Level: Entry / Early-career (0–2 years).
