What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to the design and development of antenna and radome hardware and associated requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary engineering teams (thermal, structural, mechanical, systems, etc.).
  • Support antenna manufacturing suppliers and help transition designs to production.
  • Create and run antenna models and simulations on engineering workstations and high-performance computing (HPC) resources.
  • Analyze simulation and measurement test data to verify performance versus requirements.
  • Participate on project teams, take responsibility for assigned engineering tasks, and learn from technical mentors.

Qualifications (Required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field completed by the start date.
  • Coursework or hands-on experience with RF and electromagnetic theory.
  • Proficiency with antenna and electromagnetic modeling/simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi, and/or GRASP.
  • U.S. citizenship is required. Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance is preferred; candidates must be able to obtain an interim U.S. government security clearance or have the required clearance prior to start as required by the role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience generating models and running simulations for conformal antennas (or relevant coursework).
  • Proficiency with Python, MATLAB, or other scientific programming languages for data analysis and automation.
  • Familiarity with HPC environments and job schedulers (for example, SLURM).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: USD 57,200 — 108,800 per year (good-faith estimate covering entry-level to more experienced candidates).

  • Relocation eligibility may be available depending on business needs and candidate situation.

Workplace & Security Clearance

  • Role type: Onsite — employees in onsite roles will primarily work at the client’s facility in Tucson, AZ.
  • As part of a secure hiring process, certain interview steps may be required in-person at a client location.
  • This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to hold the required U.S. government security clearance (DoD Secret or ability to obtain interim clearance before start).
