Where You'll Work
Confidential Client operates laboratory locations across the Atlanta area. This role rotates between multiple sites in the Atlanta metro area (including Midtown, Marietta and Lawrenceville) on a scheduled basis. You will report to the Laboratories Manager and be expected to travel reliably between sites as needed.
What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Andrology Technician. You will be trained on core andrology tasks and lab procedures while working in a regulated environment where accuracy and safety matter.
- Perform semen evaluations on donor and candidate samples
- Process and cryopreserve donor samples; verify labels and documentation for each specimen
- Operate and maintain liquid nitrogen storage tanks safely
- Run daily and monthly quality control procedures and maintain accurate records
- Support inventory control and manage shipments to a central biorepository
- Prepare samples for reference lab testing and learn to perform phlebotomy (training provided)
- Suggest process improvements and help test workflow changes to reduce errors
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a laboratory science or medical technology (required)
- 0–1 year of laboratory experience; andrology experience is a plus but not required (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written protocols exactly
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic lab math (percentages, ratios, proportions)
- Reliable transportation to travel between multiple metro-area sites
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with cryogenic materials while using appropriate PPE
- Team-oriented mindset and an interest in reproductive science
