Position Overview

This entry-level Analytical Chemist role supports high-volume laboratory testing of food and dietary supplement products. Work onsite in Madison, AL on a Contract-to-Hire basis, gain hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis and titration systems, and develop practical laboratory skills under the guidance of experienced scientists.

What You’ll Do

• Perform chemical and quality testing on a variety of samples
• Prepare samples and conduct routine laboratory analyses
• Operate analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis, and titration systems
• Record, review and document test results accurately
• Follow laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced laboratory environment

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related science field
• Laboratory experience via coursework, research, internships, or industry roles
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, learn new techniques quickly, and follow SOPs
• Experience with HPLC or GC is a plus

• Pay range: $22.89 per hour
