What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an early-career Supply Chain Excellence Analyst to support the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE). This role uses data and cross-functional collaboration to monitor supplier and distributor performance, drive issue resolution, and support consistent execution of supply chain processes.

• Monitor supplier and distributor performance, identify trends and exceptions, and track issues through to timely resolution
• Analyze operational data and produce reports and summaries that make supplier/distributor KPIs visible to stakeholders
• Use AI-enabled analytics and exception-management tools to surface patterns and support decisions
• Investigate operational issues, coordinate follow-up activities, and ensure open items are documented and closed
• Perform root-cause analysis on recurring issues and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Support process governance by helping enforce standardized procedures, controls, and reporting standards
• Help create and maintain COE resources: templates, tools, and standardized process documentation
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to promote accountability
• Communicate findings, escalations, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders and facilitate alignment on changes
• Contribute to continuous improvement and COE initiatives that increase operational effectiveness and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, analytics, industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field
• 0–2 years of related experience (internships, co-ops, academic projects, or relevant coursework are considered)
• Foundational knowledge of supply chain operations, performance reporting, and business processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools; experience with AI-enabled productivity/analytics tools a plus
• Strong analytical skills and data literacy; ability to perform root-cause analysis and recommend actionable solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

Location, Schedule & Logistics

• Job location: Pinecrest, FL (local/hybrid/onsite as required by the Confidential Client)
• Employment type: Full time
• Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST; occasional additional hours or weekend work may be required
• Travel: Overnight domestic and occasional international travel (e.g., Canada) may be required for meetings, supplier events, or company conventions
• Estimated compensation (from source): $67,105 per year — estimated
