What You’ll Do
This entry-level Fund Administration Analyst role supports a high‑visibility hedge fund client and provides hands‑on training in fund accounting and financial reporting. You will work with experienced team members to complete monthly NAV closes, investor accounting tasks, reconciliations, and client deliverables.
- Help prepare monthly fund NAV close support, business entity close schedules, and related materials for review
- Gather, check, and organize financial data that is shared with clients and investors
- Support the monthly close process by preparing journal entries, schedules, and reconciliations with guidance from senior team members
- Assist with financial statements and supporting schedules for funds
- Prepare audit support materials and help respond to auditor requests with team guidance
- Participate in team learning, training, and development opportunities
- Complete assigned tasks while building technical knowledge of fund administration and IPS processes
- Follow established processes, meet deadlines, and raise questions or issues when support is needed
- Contribute ideas that help improve team efficiency and client delivery

- Relevant coursework or internship experience preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Salary & Benefits
- Salary range (good‑faith estimate): $48,000 - $72,000 USD per year
- Benefits may include retirement plans, health and welfare options (medical, dental, vision), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, and other voluntary benefits. Specific benefits will be provided by the confidential client.
