What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level FP&A Analyst to support distribution finance operations in Atlanta, GA. You will play a hands-on role in month-end close, cost and variance analysis, forecasting, and ad-hoc reporting to help the business make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly close activities including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Execute monthly cost and variance analysis to explain business drivers
- Prepare and deliver assigned financial reports and summaries
- Support monthly forecasting and the annual budgeting process
- Assist with internal and external audit requests and documentation
- Complete ad-hoc analysis and project work to support business initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Basic experience with financial analysis and reconciliation processes
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Working knowledge of Alteryx preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; team-oriented mindset
- Experience with JD Edwards and Hyperion is a plus
