What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level, rotational finance analyst role supporting multiple functions across Finance. You will rotate through departments to perform analyst-level work and apply skills learned in each rotation to other areas within Finance.

• Support Financial Planning & Analysis: assist in preparing financial models and forecasts, analyze financial data to provide insights, and support budgeting processes
• Complete accounting tasks: prepare journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and produce accounting reports for management
• Assist with internal controls documentation and compliance activities
• Perform data analytics: collect, process, and clean data from multiple sources, develop clear visualizations and reports, and analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and other duties as assigned; share best practices learned across rotational stops

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (required)
• Completion of a related internship is highly recommended
• Comfortable working in a typical office environment and collaborating across teams

Skills & Tools

• Strong analytical skills — dissect financial data, identify trends, and interpret complex information
• Financial reporting knowledge — familiarity with balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements and GAAP concepts
• High attention to detail for reporting and reconciliations
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to propose practical solutions
• Advanced Excel skills — pivot tables, formulas, and basic financial modeling
• Time management and ability to manage competing priorities
• Professional integrity and ethical judgment when handling sensitive information
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and industry practices

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $55,900 — $84,000 per year (reported by Confidential Client)

Additional Details & Requirements

• Employment type: Contract (rotational assignment)
• Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Typical office setting with mobility between floors
• May be required to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant
