Role Overview

Confidential Client in Accounting & Finance is seeking an Analyst to join the Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOP) Advisory team in Ny State Campus, NY. This entry-level, full-time role supports ESOP advisory work by creating executive materials, managing projects and content, performing analysis, and helping the team execute strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Organize and manage projects for the ESOP Advisory team — translate direction into executable plans and drive projects to completion.
• Produce executive-level content for client/prospect presentations, board materials, leadership routines, town halls, and internal reporting (PowerPoint, executive summaries, spreadsheets).
• Maintain and organize team content and collaboration spaces (Teams / SharePoint).
• Research, analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making and ESOP lending recommendations.
• Support special projects across the business with analysis, research, and content development.
• Use independent judgment and discretion to support ESOP lending and commercial banking decisions.
• Identify and resolve problems related to ESOP commercial banking processes.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent).
• Entry-level (internships in financial services preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to create executive-level presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.

Preferred:

• Project management knowledge or experience.

Location & Work Authorization

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range (provided): $52,570.50 - $86,911.00 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on location, experience, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may include variable incentives, bonuses, or other awards. Our client provides access to standard benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability plans and leave programs; specific offerings depend on hire location and role.
