What You’ll Do
The ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) Analyst will support the ESOP Advisory team by managing projects, creating client- and executive-facing materials, and performing data analysis to surface insights that support lending and advisory decisions.
- Organize and manage projects for the ESOP Advisory team; translate direction into executable plans and drive projects to completion.
- Produce high-quality content for executive and client/prospect presentations, board materials, town halls, and leadership routines (PowerPoint, executive summaries, agendas, spreadsheets).
- Maintain and organize team content repositories (Teams / SharePoint).
- Support development and execution of the ESOP Advisory business strategy and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze financial and operational data; surface actionable recommendations and insights to support decision-making.
- Support special projects across the business, including research, analysis, and content creation.
- Apply independent judgment and discretion to support ESOP lending decisions and resolve ESOP commercial banking issues.
Additional Accountabilities
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and internal policy requirements; complete required compliance trainings.
- Maintain accountability for compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (undergraduate, 4 years or equivalent).
- Entry-level experience; internships or prior exposure to financial services preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to create executive-level presentations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range (per posting): $52,570.50 - $86,911.00 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on location, experience, and other permitted non-discriminatory factors.
- Total compensation may also include variable incentives or bonuses as applicable.
- Benefits typically include medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and a comprehensive leave program (details provided by our client).
