What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Analyst to support daily valuation and reporting for institutional real estate funds. This role focuses on NAV reporting, appraisal review, cash‑flow workups and portfolio analytics in a team environment.

• Complete daily Net Asset Value / share-price reporting for real estate funds
• Review and analyze quarterly appraisals and executive summaries
• Review budgets and final financial statements for client funds
• Prepare cash‑flow and portfolio analytics, and support quarterly summary reporting
• Work independently on assigned projects and collaborate closely with team members
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Entry-level professional with 0–2 years of relevant experience (Analyst-level or external equivalent)
• Prior commercial real estate valuation experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well on a team
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel required; Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and cash‑flow / valuation programs

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual full-time base salary range: $60,000 - $67,000 per year
• Specific compensation determined by education, experience, location and market data; discretionary bonus eligibility may apply
• Benefits (for eligible full-time employees): medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), PTO and paid holidays
