What You’ll Do
This entry-level Analyst, Daily Valuation role supports daily Net Asset Value (NAV) and share‑price reporting for institutional real estate funds and consulting engagements. You will review and analyze appraisals, budgets, financial statements, and cash flows, produce portfolio analytics, and help prepare quarterly summary reporting. The position balances independent project work with regular collaboration across the valuation and client teams.
- Complete daily Net Asset Value / share price reporting for real estate funds
- Review and analyze quarterly appraisals and executive summaries
- Review budgets and final financial statements
- Perform cash flow and portfolio analytics on client funds
- Prepare quarterly summary reporting and routine deliverables
- Work independently on assigned projects and collaborate in team settings
- Support other tasks as assigned by your manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Entry-level professional (0–2 years) in an analyst role or equivalent
- Prior commercial real estate valuation experience is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with cash flow / valuation programs
- Attention to detail and ability to manage day-to-day reporting deadlines
Compensation & Benefits
The full-time base salary range for this role is $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year. Specific compensation is determined by interview performance and a review of relevant education, experience, and location. The Confidential Client may also offer discretionary bonuses, paid time off, paid holidays, and participation in benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k)) in accordance with plan terms.
