Analyst - Corporate Banking Portfolio Management
The Analyst supports the Corporate Banking Credit Products team by performing credit and market analysis, underwriting complex commercial loans, and monitoring portfolio performance. What You’ll Do
This entry-level Analyst role supports the Credit Products Portfolio Management team at our confidential client. You will develop core skills in credit and market analysis and assist with portfolio monitoring and underwriting activities across commercial credit products.
- Gather and analyze financial and business information to evaluate creditworthiness for loans and credit products
- Complete financial spreads, risk ratings, performance tear sheets, compliance testing, and other portfolio monitoring activities
- Underwrite commercial loans in accordance with credit policies, including financial statement analysis, collateral review, and financial modeling
- Conduct industry and market research and summarize findings into concise, presentation-ready conclusions
- Collaborate with Relationship Management, Credit Administration, Capital Markets, and other internal partners
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the portfolio management function
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (financial modeling and spreads)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to distill complex analysis into clear summaries
- Interest in a career path in portfolio management, credit, relationship management, or capital markets
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation range (base salary): $49,925.00 – $92,575.00 per year
- Eligible for applicable incentive compensation plans (where offered)
- Benefits may include medical coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings, paid leave, paid holidays, and PTO
- Actual pay will vary based on location, experience, and education

- Employment type: Full time; Exempt status: Yes (not eligible for overtime)
