Program overview
Confidential Client is hiring entry-level Analysts to join a 12-month Associate Development Program (ADP) based in Columbus, NY. The ADP delivers structured training in commercial real estate and credit analysis with hands-on exposure to underwriting, deal execution, and asset-management support. The program is designed for recent undergraduate candidates and early-career professionals (0–3 years experience) who want accelerated training and a path into production, credit, or asset management.
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive financial and credit analysis for transactions.
- Prepare credit profiles, mortgage insurance applications, offering memoranda, pitch books, and client presentations.
- Support deal execution from engagement through closing, coordinating with internal teams, clients, agencies, investors, and funding partners.
- Assist loan originators and underwriters with due diligence and documentation.
- Learn and apply Confidential Client’s products, policies, and underwriting standards.
- Contribute to corporate and strategic initiatives as needed.
- Work professionally with cross-functional teams; maintain high confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Participate fully in the 12‑month ADP and be available for placement in business units after program completion.
Who we’re looking for (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate, or related field required.
- Formal education, internship, or work experience in commercial real estate, finance, or related sectors preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Excel modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and discretion handling confidential information.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, work independently, and thrive on a high-performing team.
- Willingness to relocate and be based in the Columbus, NY office for the full 12-month program (July 2027–July 2028).
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary (NY): $70,000 - $90,000.
