AMS Solutions Specialist
The AMS Solutions Specialist supports asset management sales by leveraging wealth management technology to assist financial advisors in portfolio construction, proposal generation, and investment analysis. This hybrid role requires strong communication, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent advisor support and enhancing investment practices.

What You’ll Do
- Support asset management sales initiatives by preparing reports, analyses, and client-ready proposals for advisors and internal teams.
- Partner with Asset Management Services (AMS) consultants and internal sales teams to fulfill inbound advisor requests and project work.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for advisor inquiries via phone, email, Zoom, and occasional in-person meetings.
- Use wealth management technology tools including portfolio construction, proposal generation, investment screeners, and tax-alpha tools to generate advisor outputs and demonstrations.
- Educate and train advisors on platform capabilities and best practices for integrating technology into their investment workflows.
- Provide analysis and guidance across account types (mutual funds, ETFs, managed accounts, SMAs, UMAs).
- Collaborate on presentation materials for client meetings and internal events.
- Build and maintain strong advisor relationships and support advisor business development activities.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent advisor experiences.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; this is an entry-level to early-career role.
- Series 7 license required, or the ability to obtain Series 7 within six (6) months of hire.
- Strong attention to detail, good time-management, and the ability to prioritize competing requests.
- Comfortable interacting with financial advisors and internal stakeholders across channels (phone, video, email, in-person).
Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of investment concepts, markets, asset allocation, and portfolio construction principles.
- Proficiency with wealth management technology and advisor-facing proposal tools.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and translate technical outputs for advisor use.
- Data analysis and reporting skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Work Model & Travel
- Hybrid work model: expectation to be in the corporate office in Saint Petersburg, FL three days per week.
- Limited travel for internal events and local advisor meetings.
Compensation (Estimated) & Other Details
- Estimated salary: $75,048 per year (estimated).
- Employment type: Full-time.
