What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level AML Compliance Intake Administrator to join a Regulatory Correspondence team. This role focuses on accurate intake, tracking, and initial handling of regulatory and law-enforcement correspondence to support compliance with AML, Bank Secrecy Act, sanctions, and related requirements.

  • Own the Regulatory Correspondence intake process with limited oversight
  • Identify and assess inquiries from regulators and law enforcement
  • Create and assign matters in internal case-management systems in a timely manner
  • Monitor regulatory response timelines and help facilitate timely productions
  • Maintain clear email and written communication with regulators, law enforcement, and internal stakeholders
  • Escalate issues to Regulatory Correspondence management when appropriate
  • Support document processing, data entry, and related administrative tasks
  • Participate in special projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

This is an entry-level / early-career role (0–3 years experience). We want detail-oriented candidates who can manage priorities, learn systems quickly, and communicate clearly.

  • Entry-level / early career (0–3 years)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable with high-accuracy data entry and document handling
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a small team environment
  • High degree of comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn internal systems
  • Familiarity with the financial services regulatory environment (broker‑dealer, adviser, FCM) is a plus but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Location & Schedule

  • Location: Schiller Park, IL (hybrid schedule)
  • On-site expectation: 4 days in the office / 1 day remote
