What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an AI Solutions Delivery Associate to help turn business needs into practical, AI-enabled solutions using approved, low-code/no-code patterns. Working with close guidance and detailed instructions, you will configure AI capabilities, automations, intake experiences, and productivity tools while learning delivery best practices.
- Use generative AI and approved agent capabilities to streamline well-defined business tasks (summaries, classification, draft generation, guided processes).
- Configure applications, intake forms, approvals, notifications, and linear workflows using visual development tools and reusable components.
- Apply templates, prompts, connectors, data schemas, and solution patterns rather than rebuilding common capabilities.
- Work with business analysts, process owners, and senior delivery specialists to clarify requirements and convert them into configured solutions.
- Create and validate tables, fields, relationships, business rules, and simple data-quality checks for defined use cases.
- Perform unit testing, support user acceptance testing with established test scenarios, document defects, and resolve issues within scope.
- Produce concise solution documentation: process flows, configuration decisions, test evidence, operating instructions, and known limitations.
- Provide first-line support for delivered solutions, respond to routine user questions, and escalate platform, security, or data concerns to technical partners.
- Learn and apply responsible AI, privacy, security, accessibility, and platform standards throughout delivery.
Who You Are / Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant experience via employment, internships, academic projects, training programs, volunteer work, or personal projects in business systems, workflow automation, application development, data, or AI-enabled solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, computer science, data, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
- Working knowledge of structured data concepts (tables, fields, keys, relationships, validation, basic data quality).
- Experience using, configuring, or learning visual development, automation, productivity, or AI-assisted tools.
- Ability to decompose a defined problem into clear steps, follow procedures, test outcomes, and raise questions when requirements or results are unclear.
- Curiosity about generative AI and task-specific agents, with sound judgment about when human review is required.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a structured team.
- Strong attention to quality and detail, and an eagerness to learn new technologies and incorporate feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, workflow automation tools, relational databases, APIs, or enterprise SaaS applications.
- Experience creating prompts, reusable instructions, automations, applications, or prototypes that use generative AI.
- Exposure to Agile delivery practices, user acceptance testing, process mapping, source control, or technical documentation.
- Coursework, certifications, or training related to application development, automation, data, cloud platforms, or responsible AI.

Compensation
- The source listing includes an estimated annual salary of $53,803. Where provided, Careertakes displays employer-provided estimates; final compensation will be set by the Confidential Client and may vary based on experience, location, and other factors.
