What You’ll Do

As the AI Product Manager you will define and drive AI/ML product strategy that delivers measurable business impact for a Confidential Client in the banking & financial services sector. You will partner closely with engineering, data science, design, compliance, and business stakeholders to bring responsible AI solutions from concept to production.

• Translate business goals into a prioritized AI product roadmap
• Define clear success metrics (business and ML performance) and monitor post-launch outcomes
• Work with data science and engineering to scope experiments, validate models, and operationalize ML pipelines
• Manage product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, delivery, launch, and iteration
• Ensure products meet regulatory, privacy, and compliance requirements relevant to financial services
• Communicate roadmap, releases, and trade-offs to stakeholders and leadership
• Advocate for user-centered design and ethical, explainable AI practices

What We’re Looking For

We seek candidates with product management experience (or related experience) who can operate at the intersection of business, data, and engineering. Early-career candidates with strong technical curiosity and relevant exposure to AI/ML are encouraged to apply.

• Experience shipping software products or AI-based features (product, engineering, data science, or similar)
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and ML lifecycle (training, validation, deployment, monitoring)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to define metrics and interpret model performance
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, designers, and compliance/legal teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in financial services, banking, or regulated industries
• Experience with model monitoring, A/B testing, feature engineering, or MLOps practices
• Familiarity with privacy-preserving and explainable AI techniques
• Product management certification or advanced degree (MBA, MS in CS, Data Science) is a plus

Location & Work Arrangement

This position is based in Minneapolis, MN (Hennepin County). Candidates should be able to work on-site or participate in hybrid arrangements as required by the Confidential Client. Specific work arrangement details will be discussed during the interview process.
